What is the Shipping cost?

USA
3 to 4 days Standard Shipping order over $25 - Free shipping
3 to 4 days Standard Shipping order under $25 - US$3.50

CANADA
5 to 8 days Standard Shipping order over $25 - $2.00
5 to 8 days Standard Shipping order under $25 - US$7.50

All Others Countrys
7 to 12 days Standard Shipping order over $25 - $6.00
7 to 12 days Standard Shipping order under $25 - US$11.00

 

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.


What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.


When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.


What is the return policy?
Please email to cs@ComboCases.com, our customer service department will be in contact with you within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and where to return the product for a replacement/refund upon inspection.

Once we have received and processed the returned item, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be processed as determined by our Return Department. If a refund is issued, it may be subject to a 50% restocking fee if the item is not in new, sale-able condition.

Exchanges are allowed within the 30-day Hassle Free return period but are subject to a 50% restocking fee if the item is not in new, sale-able condition. No exceptions.

Returns will not be accepted for items under the following conditions:

Items modified or altered. (Example: customer added a camera hole)
Items returned after the 1 year warranty period
Refunds will not be given for items under the following circumstances:

Items purchased outside of ComboCases.com.
Items returned after the 30-day Hassle Free return period. (restrictions apply, ex: modified or altered products, products must be in new, sale-able condition.)

Per company policy, the customer is responsible for the freight back to our warehouse for their return/exchange.

Please note: All returned packages must be sent with a tracking number. ComboCases cannot be held responsible for any returned packages unless proof of delivery is provided. Packages can be sent without tracking at your own risk.

Please do not return your product without a return authorization number. Any product returned to our warehouse without a return authorization number is not an authorized return and may be rejected. ComboCases is not responsible for unauthorized returns.
