When we started working on Air Video HD we had one simple objective in mind: To build the best video streaming app technically possible. With the 2.0 release, we know we came to this closer than ever.
If you have your videos on your computer and want to enjoy them on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Apple TV, this is the app for you.
Download and install the server software on your Mac or PC (Linux coming soon) and you’ll be watching your videos on your device in seconds. Going somewhere without network access? Download is just one tap away.
Don’t worry about video formats, codecs and bitrates, let Air Video HD handle the dirty details for you. If needed, Air Video HD will transparently transcode the video (“on fly”) so that it plays on all supported iOS devices, including Apple TV (with surround sound and soft subtitles). But we took special care to ensure that transcoding is only done when necessary. No matter what format the video is in, AVI, DivX, MKV and other videos just work.

Over There offers you a new way of sharing your location with every mobile phone in the world. You don’t even need an internet connection. It only requires a GPS signal and cellular coverage. This works completely offline, therefore the app won't send your location to any server.
But how does it work?
We use a smart algorithm that allows us to convert your location to a really small link like "www.ovt.re/UlMVQgtg_0wg".
This link can be sent as a text message to any mobile phone around the globe. The algorithms are designed to completely run offline and the link uses a space of only 23 characters. Thus, this leaves enough space to add some additional text, like holiday greetings for example.
Over There also provides a great web-service for the recipient on mobile devices. Every smartphone owner can use this link to easily look up your location using Google Maps.
Another advantage is that if you want to share your location via Facebook, WhatsApp etc., you don't have to allow them location permissions anymore - just use the In-App dialog. Over There 2 will not collect any kind of data.
